As a valued Elite Health Plan member, you receive an annual allowance* for the routine vision benefit which will be provided through the NationsBenefits® network of providers. This includes routine eye exams, lenses and frames. Contact lenses can be obtained instead of glasses.

How It Works
Annual Allowance: You have an allowance for lenses and frames. Contact lenses can be obtained instead of glasses.
Go to retailers such as LensCrafters, Target or Walmart as well as some additional providers to obtain your routine exam as well as choose your glasses or contacts.
