Beginning in 2026, Elite Health Plan, Inc. will offer two general enrollment HMO health plans to Medicare-eligible residents of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties in California. Elite Health Plan, Inc. is provider-owned and has partnered with local community-based providers. This provider-forward approach will allow members increased access to individualized care. These plans will include both medical and drug coverage.
